Our restaurant, 16âme created in December 2019 by Julien and Elina, located in Monêtier les bains, offers gourmet cuisine in a warm mountain setting with a discreet façade.
An intimate table that offers you a unique menu in permanent renewal, rural, Alpine, but also Mediterranean in a nod to the Corsican origins of our chef Julien.
